WHAT INFORMATION DOES TRIVIEWS.COM COLLECT?
Some features and services of TriViews.com may require additional personally identifiable information or other demographic information. We may collect other personally identifiable information when you provide feedback, comments, message boards, interactive forums or participate in surveys, or if you contact us offline. All users may decline to share such information with us, by choosing not to not to use TriViews.com's services.

If you choose to purchase an ad space, we require credit card and billing information. You will be asked to select a member name and password so that you have access to this information and can revise it in the future.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
For certain electronic commerce services on TriViews.com, such as placing classified ads electronically, we require additional information. To complete these transactions, we may collect information from you such as your name, credit card number and other financial or personally identifiable information. We endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission. TV Productions LLC and TriViews.com use the credit card and shipping information for the purpose of completing the transaction and does not provide this information to third parties except for the providers of the transaction processing and the issuers of credit cards in order to process the transaction, or as otherwise set forth in this policy.

ARE THERE ANY PRIVACY POLICY RULES FOR CHILDREN?
Children under the age 13 will not be allowed to register to any services provided by TriViews.com. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will delete that information immediately.

WHAT IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL USER?
